Slater Young, Jessy Mendiola guest on 'E-Boy' finale (Philippines)

It's a big "finale" day on ABS-CBN as 3 of its shows are airing their finale episodes today, April 13, 2012 (Friday the 13th).

These are the Kapamilya Gold afternoon soap 'Angelito: Batang Ama' and the two Primetime Bida series 'E-Boy' and 'City Hunter'.

'Angelito', which is airing for over 5 months (22 weeks), is topbilled by JM De Guzman, Charee Pineda and Kaye Abad while 'City Hunter' is a Tagalized Koreanovela starring Koreaan heart-throb Lee Min Ho.

Airing for only 11 weeks with 53 episodes, 'E-Boy' (starring Bugoy Cariño in the titular role) can be considered as among the shortest-running teleserye(s) on ABS-CBN, but they're making its finale extra special by guesting Slater Young, who's still fresh from winning on 'Pinoy Big Brother Unlimited' almost 2 weeks ago.

Slater, who's having a busy week (he also taped for Gandang Gabi Vice), makes a guest appearance on E-Boy as the grown-up Miyo (played by child star Dey-Dey Amansec).

It's Slater Young's acting debut and many are excited to see how he's gonna fare on this one. Having done acting workshops before, I'm sure he's gonna deliver on his first teleserye appearance.

Also guesting on E-Boy's last episode along with Slater Young is the beautiful Jessy Mendiola as the grown-up Princess (Blythe Gorostiza).

Meanwhile, starting Monday, April 16, these 3 shows' timeslots will be taken over by top-caliber soaps such as 'Kung Ako'y Iiwan Mo' (replacing 'Angelito'), 'Princess and I' (taking over 'E-Boy') and the Koreanovela 'Dream High' (for 'City Hunter'). © www.mykiru.ph

Fans of PBB Unlimited winner Slater Young and housemate Divine Smith (SlaVine) should see this photo shared by the “Hotshot Engineer” of Cebu himself on social networking site Twitter on Monday, April 2, 2012.

“Look who came to visit! Haha!” the PBB big winner in his official Twitter account @thatguyslater posted.

On Sunday, April 1, Slater admitted in a live interview on ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz” that Divine is his crush.

Slater is very proud of his Cebuano tounge. He uses the local dialect in replying to his Visayan friends on Twitter.

“Hahahaha! Salamat bai!!!,” he tweeted in response to the message of @iammarkbautista that read, “@thatguyslater huy bro Sikat kana dapat THEguyslater!hehe..congrats!”

“hahaha! Layo ra ko nimo parts!,” he added later.

Slater on Monday also told his Twitter followers that he’s now spending time with his family. It’s not clear, however, if he went home to Cebu or he’s with them in Manila.

“With friends and family! Finally!!” he posted.
