Is May 1, 2012 Philippine holiday moved to April 30 (Monday)?

> Recall that the date of Tuesday, May 1, 2012 (Labor Day), was listed in Proclamation 295, signed late last year, November 24, 2011, by President Aquino, listing the special and regular public holidays in the Philippines for the calendar year 2012.

In the administration of former president, Arroyo, a lot of regular and special non-working holidays were moved to either Monday or Friday in observance of Holiday Economics Law. But with the new administration, we haven't observed this relief yet.

Will Tuesday, May 1, 2012, holiday be moved to April 30, Monday? This is the thing to be updated before the observance of this holiday.
