Anne Curtis lands a Hollywood role; temporarily leaves “It’s Showtime”

> As shocking as it may seem, Anne Curtis will temporarily leave It’s Showtime for a new career opportunity.


In a Twitter post by entertainment columnist/host Ogie Diaz, he revealed that the Filipino-Australian actress was chosen by a well-known Hollywood casting director for a role. “Truth: naghahanap ng isang Pinay ang isang sikat na Hollywood casting director at si Anne Curtis ang napili. Excited si Anne,” Ogie tweeted.

We must admit that part of the show’s appeal belongs to Anne, and now that she will be leaving, will Vice Ganda and the rest of the hosts be able to make the show as exciting?

Aside from Anne, Billy Crawford recently left the show to revive his international music career.
