Nokia launched the Lumia 900, priced at Php27,990

>

Article from techie dot com dot ph, in an event filled with music, dance, lights, smoke, and other sorts of festivities, Nokia finally and officially launched the whole Lumia family here in the Philippines, and that includes the big daddy of the line, the Lumia 900.

We're going to focus here solely on the Lumia 900 since its smaller siblings (Lumia 610, 710, and 800) have been unveiled here, with the help of both Globe and Smart. The device, which is also deemed as the flagship device of the Finns' Windows Phone line, sports the largest display ever slapped on a Nokia handset ever at 4.3-inches. It also comes with a 1.4GHz single-core Qualcomm chip that's coupled with 512MB of RAM. Its screen boasts Nokia's ClearBlack tech which is also featured on other handsets like the E7. Wireless connectivity via Bluetooth, 3G, and Wi-Fi are also part of the mix while an 8-megapixel main camera (1-megapixel secondary) with 720p HD recording runs the imaging department. And, on the software side you'll have Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.

Although it's been announced here, we're told that the actual retail units will arrive early next month (it's also coming to Smart, BTW). As for the SRP, be ready to shell out P27,990 for one.
