PAGASA said that the umbral eclipse magnitude will be 37.6% and will also be visible primarily in west parts of America, Pacific Ocean, Antarctica, eastern Asia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea, and neighboring islands in the Pacific Ocean.
The eclipse will begin at 4:46 PM Philippine Standard Time and will end at 9:19 PM (PST), the bureau said.
The major phases of the eclipse are as follows:
- Penumbral eclipse begins 4:46 PM
- Partial eclipse begins 6:59 PM
- Greatest eclipse 7:03 PM
- Partial eclipse ends 8:07 PM
- Penumbral eclipse ends 9:19 PM
