According to RingTV, all five judges scored the bout 117-111, 117-111, 118-110, 116-112 and 115-113 in Pacman’s favor.
On June 9, 2012, only Jerry Roth scored the bout for Pacquiao, 115-113, while judges Duane Ford and CJ Ross saw it 115-113 for Bradley, giving the latter the victory via a split decision.
Earlier, WBO president Francisco Valcarcel explained that the review is only part of the organization’s effort to convince state commissions to widen the pool of judges for world title fights as well as improve the scoring system in future matches.
Meanwhile, Pacquiao in a phone interview on Mornings at ANC said he welcomes the WBO panel’s decision to declare him as winner.
Pacquiao also said he feels vindicated with the result of the review.
The solon-boxer reiterated that he is open for a rematch with Bradley. He said, however, that negotiations for the November fight have not taken place.
