Sarah Geronimo gives up ‘ASAP’ for ‘Sarah G Live!’ (Philippines)

> After eight years of being on the show, PopStar Princess Sarah Geronimo will temporarily bid her ‘ASAP’ family goodbye on Sunday afternoon, February 19, 2012.


It was in late 2004 when Sarah became a regular host and performer on ‘ASAP’ and now she’s leaving the show so she can focus on her new solo musical show every Sunday night.

Several sources say that ‘Sarah G. Live!’ will air on ABS-CBN on an earlier schedule starting February 26, 2012, contrary to initial reports that it will take the timeslot to be vacated by ‘Gandang Gabi Vice’ which will have its finale episode on February 19th.

Update: The new teaser says it will be at 8pm.

Meanwhile, comedian actor-TV host Luis Manzano is reportedly sharing the stage with the pop royalty as a regular co-host on ‘Sarah G Live!’
