Twenty one-year-old Tom Puertollano, a carpenter’s son from Lipa City, Batangas, is the number one topnotcher from the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) “Bagwis” Class of 2012.
Reports said Cadet First Class Puertollano will be joining the Philippine Army. He is set to receive the Presidential Saber from President Benigno Aquino III on March 18.
