This is the first time for Zac to endorse a product and it’s interesting to know why he accepted the offer. What made him decide to give it a go?
In an interview, he told Philstar columnist Ricky Lo: “I always love the Philippines. I have a lot of friends that are from the Philippines. They are my Philippine connection.”
In a separate interview with Yahoo! News, Zac reasoned out: “I got to know the history of the brand and I like how it’s an original Pinoy brand. We have this good family friends who are Filipino and they urged me to say yes. They said it was the top brand in the Philippines.”
When asked if he is coming to Manila, Zac reportedly hinted a possibility but did not specify a date. The actor-singer said he had to promote his new movie in Australia and Japan.
He graced the world premier of “The Lucky One” in Sydney on April 9. The trailer for the film shows a more mature role for Zac as he does love scenes with co-star Taylor Schilling.
Yahoo! revealed that Zac has eaten and cooked chicken adobo, likes halo-halo, and thinks that ube, which he described as “that purple stuff,” is good.
