Canelo Alvarez Wins, Defeats Shane Mosley

> Canelo Alvarez defeated Sugar Shane Mosley during their match at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 5, 2012 to retain his WBC Light Middleweight title.

He keeps his record as an undefeated Mexican boxer in the light middleweight division.

Alvarez, 21, is 19 years younger than Mosley and boxing enthusiasts said age was a great factor in Saturday’s fight.

Alvarez improved his boxing record to 40 Wins (29 Wins by KO), 0 Losses, and 1 Draw in his 41 total number of fights.
