Sixteen votes, or two-thirds of the entire senate count, are needed to convict Corona. If eight senators would say otherwise, the Chief Justice will be automatically acquitted.
The senator-judges will be given two minutes each to explain their votes. Voting will be in alphabetical order which means that it will start with Senator Ed Angara and will end with Senator Manny Villar.
The presiding judge, Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, will vote after Villar.
