MANILA, Philippines – “American Idol” runner-up David Archuleta had just finished a pictorial for fashion brand Bench.
“Having fun at the @benchtm photoshoot! Good times with the Bench family haha,” Archuleta said via Twitter on Monday.
Ben Chan, head honcho of the popular local brand, also teased Twitter followers.
“Guess who's the next @benchtm endorser?” he asked, adding a link to a photo of Archuleta covering his face w ith his hands.

This has been a busy time for the American singer, who also performed during the fireworks competition event, Close Up Pyropalooza, at the SM Mall of Asia over the weekend.
He is also shooting a TV series and recording an album of original Filipino songs.
Although this is his fourth visit to the Philippines, he said feels this is the most special.
“It's like I have a family here now. People are very hospitable,” he said.
Archuleta has announced that he is taking two years off from the music industry.
“I’m taking time away from everything from music, my family and I’ll go serve a mission for my church. It was a tough decision to make,” he said.
“I’m a Mormon. You see the guys with the nametags and shirt and tie,” he added.
Archuleta, however, promised that after doing his missionary work, he will return to making music.
