Valentine’s Day is Last Day for CARES Applications (Philippines)

Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) needs 530 nurses to be deployed in various government hospitals nationwide to provide personalized care of patients.

PhilHealth President Dr. Eduardo Banzon reportedly said the nurses will be part of the Customer Assistance, Relations and Empowerment Staff (CARES) program. Once employed, a staff member will receive P15,000 monthly compensation and a health insurance.

Banzon added that interested nurses have until February 14, 2012 to apply online. Applicants should email their respective resumes to hrmdd.admin@philhealth.gov.ph under the subject heading “PhilHealth CARES Application.”

After which, the website to go to fill in additional details is https://cares.philhealth.gov.ph.

It is required that applicants should have excellent communication skills (oral and written); have the ability to listen and respond to customer concerns; be knowledgeable about Microsoft Office applications; and have the know-how in using online application systems on wireless communication devices.
