Terminal Fee Incorporated In Air Fare (Philippines)

> Starting August, passengers of domestic flights don’t have to cue to pay for the terminal fee in airports.


The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) and local airlines reportedly agreed on the integration of the terminal fee in plane ticket prices.

In effect, hassle on the part of passengers who have to line up to pay the P200 terminal fee will be minimized, congestion is reduced, and the airport will have more floor space.

In October, MIAA will implement the same policy for international flights with the same terminal fee of P550.
