Bagyong Butchoy (international name: Guchol), the second typhoon of the year, is expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Thursday evening, June 14, 2012.
Weather experts said that as of 2:00 am Wednesday, June 13, the shallow low pressure area (SLPA) was spotted 210 kilometers East of Northern Mindanao.
