MANILA, Philippines - The "Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition" finally named its "Super 6" finalists.

Aspiring chefs Acee Salangsang and Miko Manzano were the two contestants who bade farewell to the show after they failed to impress the chef-judges with their version of "apahap with kasubha sauce on a bed of pasta."
"Hindi po kasi importante ang money at fame ang importante lang po para sa akin ay mag-cook," Salangsang said after the elimination.
Hosted by Judy Ann Santos-Agoncillo, "Junior MasterChef Pinoy Edition" is the local version of "Junior MasterChef," which first aired in Britain in 2010.
