Jonathan Aquino, Filipino Nurse Who Abused Alzheimer's Patient, Caught On Video (Philippines)

> Jonathan Aquino, a 30-year-old Filipino nurse, was sentenced to 18 months in jail after he was caught on video slapping/abusing Maria Worroll, an 80-year-old Alzheimer’s patient in the United Kingdom.


Many in the Ash Court Care Home in Kentish Town, London thought Aquino was a ‘nice guy’ until the patient’s daughter, Jane Worroll, 30, investigated why her elderly mother was having trouble sleeping.

She placed inside the room a hidden camera, disguised as a clock (bought on eBay), that captured “harrowing” images that showed how Aquino struck her mother Maria in the face “before slapping her arms repeatedly.”
