TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Application:

• The Domestic UnliFlights Pass (DUP) pass can be purchased at any PAL Philippine  ticket office, website, Philippine contact center and/or through a PAL DTP  (Domestic Ticketing Program Agent)
• Valid for travel  eight weeks (8 weeks) from first travel date or until 10 December 2012, whichever comes first
• Passenger can visit any city more than once

• Buy up is allowed if BCC W is not available
  Domestic – PHP300 plus 12% VAT per BCC/RBD for economy or business (one-way)       

Reservation, Payment and Ticketing:

• Domestic UnliFlights Pass (DUP) must be converted into tickets from 01August – 08December 2012. DUP may be exchanged to ticket/s until eight (8) weeks from first travel date of the first ticket issued
• All destination cities selected must be finalized and confirmed before ticket issuance
• Ticketing must be completed within 48 hours after confirmed reservations are made
• After the first ticket has been issued, succeeding bookings shall require advance purchase of 48 hours prior to departure
• Individual tickets will be issued per itinerary for tickets issued in the PAL ticket offices
• Extension of ticket validity is not permitted
• Senior Citizen's Domestic UnliFlights fare is VAT exempt; however discount on Domestic UnliFlights fare is not applicable
• Limited seats only

Changes/Refunds

• Changes (only within the travel period) are permitted subject to applicable fees
  PHP 800 plus 12% VAT per sector on Fiesta class
  PHP 400 plus 12% VAT per sector on Mabuhay class
• No Show Fee shall apply to confirmed bookings not cancelled at least 24hrs before the flight
  PHP 600 plus 12% VAT per sector on Mabuhay Class
  PHP 1,000 plus 12% VAT per sector on Fiesta Class
• Rerouting is permitted provided value is equal or higher than the original value paid
• Rerouting from Domestic to International is not permitted
• Refund is permitted for unconverted DUP subject to 50% of the Domestic UnliFlights Pass price. DUP must be presented for refund not later than 30 November 2012

Mileage Accrual

• Fiesta (Economy) Class earns 25% Mabuhay Miles
• Mabuhay (Business) class earns 125% Mabuhay Miles

Other Discounts  

• Child/Infant discount
  Child’s fare: no discount
  Infant’s without seat's fare: 85% discount of the adult’s fare
• Senior Citizen discount on Domestic UnliFlights Pass is not applicable

Free Baggage Allowance 

• Fiesta (Economy) class - 15 kilos
• Mabuhay (Business) class - 30 kilos
