VIDEO: 'Gossip Girl' star Leighton Meester arrives in Manila!

> Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester has arrived in Manila to endorse local clothing brand Penshoppe.

Leighton arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Friday, May 25, at around 9 p.m.

Aside from her clothing endorsement, Leighton, a.k.a. "Blair Waldorf" in the hit U.S. TV series "Gossip Girl", will participate at the Philippine Fashion Week for Penshoppe's runway show titled "Impact."

Leighton is the latest addition to "Penshoppe All Stars" campaign, where international celebrities get to endorse the clothing brand. Her "Gossip Girl" co-star Ed Westwick, who plays Chuck Bass in the series, also endorsed Penshoppe.

"The Vampire Diaries" star Ian Somerhalder is also in the country to endorse the brand. In the past, Hollywood actor Zac Efron and Thai heartthrob Mario Maurer also came.
