- The Yellow Cab Birthday Treats promo is open to all Philippine residents, ages 18 years old and above and has completed the registration at Yellow Cab´s Official Facebook Page.
- Promo Period is until July 30, 2012.
- The birthday treat will start on August 2012 and will end on July 2013.
- For September celebrants, you will receive it on August 31 and so on.
- For dine-in transactions only.
- Only one coupon is allowed per transaction.
- Minimum purchase requirement may apply.
- This promo is not valid in conjunction with other existing promos and discounts.
- The birthday treat coupon is not transferable and is not convertible to cash.
- All information acquired from the registration will be regarded as highly confidential.
Mechanics
- Go to Yellow Cab Pizza Co´s Official Facebook Page
- Click "LIKE" and Go to the Yellow Cab Birthday Treat App
- Click "REGISTER" and Complete the Registration Form
- Click "SUBMIT" and wait for your successful registration notification
- Only complete registration forms will qualify for the promo.
- You will receive an e-mail notification from Yellow Cab Pizza Co. on or before your birth month with the following information (Your birthday treat coupon, Your preferred Yellow Cab branch where you can claim your birthday treat
- To redeem your birthday treat, On your birth month, go to your preferred Yellow Cab branch
- Show your birthday treat coupon, either print-out or screenshot
- Present one (1) valid I.D. with your name, photo and birth date and claim your birthday treat.
- Any discrepancies found between your birthday treat coupon and I.D will result in forfeiture of the coupon.
