The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported, as of 6:00 a.m. of November 11, 2013, a total number of 255 deaths, 71 injured, and 38 missing persons.
NDRRMC counts a total of 2,095,262 (9,679,059 persons) were affected in 7,251 barangays, 51 cities, 471 municipalities in 41 provinces in Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, and CARAGA.
A total of 128,303 families (615,774 persons) are being served inside 1,444 evacuation centers.
Meanwhile, NDRRMC said a total of P22,796,391.21 of relief assistance was provided to affected families of Regions IV-B, V, VI, and VII, X, and XI coming from DSWD (P11,427,057.60), LGUs (P7,105,352.69), and DOH (P4,263,980.92).
It is estimated that a total cost of damage reached P296,505,629.05 (P38,997,500.00 to infrastructure and P257,508,129.05 to agriculture) in IV-B, V, VI, and CARAGA.
