Santiago vs Mon Tulfo Video before NAIA brawl

> A new video surfaced on Thursday, May 24, showing companion of movie and television actor Raymart Santiago hitting veteran columnist Ramon "Mon" Tulfo on the head purportedly moments before their fistfight at the NAIA Terminal 3 last May 6.

According to Gana Atienza Avisado Law Offices it would be unfair to make a judgment based on the short footage aired by “Aksyon TV”, the primetime news program of TV5.

“We cannot form conclusions based only on mere seconds of footage, which represents fragments of the true story. It is important to bear in mind how simple editing in sequencing can easily mislead us,” the statement said.

“The case is before the proper courts, which will undoubtedly base their decisions on the ENTIRE turn of events,” it added.

In their controversial brawl, Barretto was getting impatient over her “mishandled” luggage and started reprimanding a female member of the ground crew when Tulfo noticed the commotion and took pictures with his mobile phone.

She, her husband and their companions confronted Tulfo, which led them to gang up on the veteran journalist. The mugging was captured by an amateur video, which was shot by an eyewitness and quickly uploaded to youTube.
