Learning to cook for yourself is the penultimate stepping stone on the road to adulthood, which begins with making your own bed and ends with hypnotizing the neighbor's cat to pay your bills. Get within food-flinging range of full-fledged maturity with today’s Groupon to International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management Makati. Choose from the following options:
  • P1600 (P4000 value) for a Whole-Day Japanese Cuisine Demo for 1 person

International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management Makati (ISCAHM) is a respected educational institution for culinary arts and food service, recognized locally and internationally for its exemplary holistic training programs as well as for its innovativeness and its genuine impact on society. Groupon holders get to undergo a nine-hour demonstration class where an authentic Japanese chef imparts the knowledge wannabe-cooks need to create masterful dishes of genuine quality. The class will begin at 8am and end at 5pm, and students will be provided with a cooking manual, ingredients, an apron, toque, and a side towel, and will be presented with a certificate after the steam has cleared.

A homemade meal is not only enjoyable; it sparks comforting memories of steamy loafs of meat and grandpa’s stories of how he slew the bogeyman when he was working with the local police. Buy a second Groupon as a gift and bring a date to engage in romantic kitchen-side reminiscing about the good ol' days when flat screens kept out mosquitoes and high-definition viewing meant reading a dictionary while perched atop a tree branch.
